Phase 1 - Schematic Design
1) You pay $1,000 for an individualized Schematic Design Plan designed specifically for your project. You will receive a floor plan and elevation drawing. When you purchase the Construction Documents, $500 of your original payment will be credited to the final purchase.
2) We email you a questionnaire to provide us with an outline your project requirements.
3) You may call or email us with your response.
4) We develop a floor plan an elevation drawing to meet your requirements. It will take BBP five working days to complete these plans. We email the drawings to you.
5) You call or email us with any revisions you wish to make.
6) We make the revisions and email the final drawings to you in PDF format. If you wish, we can also send the drawings on a CDRom.
7) At this time we will also provide you with a fixed fee for the Construction Documents. We estimate these will be 50% of an average architectural fee.
8) The total Schematic Design process should take no longer than two weeks.
Phase 2 - Construction Documents
1) You pay the fixed fee quoted, less your $500 credit.
2) We complete the architectural Construction Documents. These will include: elevation drawings, floor plan, roof plan, reflected ceiling plan, interior elevations, interior and exterior details, building sections, wall sections, room finish schedules and door schedules.
3) During the documentation process we may call or email you with questions.
4) We email you the finished plans in AutoCAD 6000, or mail the plans on a modifiable CDRom.
5) The documentation will take three to six weeks depending on the complexity of your project. |
