AH-100 The Prarie Cottage is a single-story home with a "universal design" for "aging-in-place." The 1800 square foot home features a front porch, kitchen and laundry, dining room, kiving room with fire place flanked on one side with a master bedroom suite and on the other with a guest room or office with additional full bath. Off the living room is also a glassed-in four season room with an outdoor patio.

The house is fully wheel chair accessible with zero grade entrances and accessible bathrooms.

There is an additional floor plan with two bedrooms and an office available. All plans have one or two car attached garages and a storage room.

Plans are available for a single house, a duplex or triplex.
