AH-101 The Town Bungalow is a traditional one-and-one-half story gabled-roof home with six rooms - three bedrooms, two full baths and a full basement. The footprint of the house is 28 feet wide and covers 902 square feet. Plans can also include a front or rear access garage.
In addition, blueprints are available for construction with either conventional wood framing or pre-fabricated panels.
Construction cost in Michigan in 2006, $80 to $100/sf depending on finish and materials.
